Online Orders – Online orders may be place 24/7 by adding items to your shopping cart and following the check-out process. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is placed.
Order Tracking – Once the order is placed you will receive an email with your order #. Please have that order number and the item number available when calling or emailing to check the status of your order.
Shipping – We make every attempt to ship orders same day. Orders that do not ship same day generally ship the following day, inventory permitting. If there is an inventory issue we will contact you immediately.
We offer both UPS and USPS shipping and all orders are shipped from Fairhope, Alabama.

Purchase Information
When you make a purchase from Walkingcanes.com, we collect your name and payment method information, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. - Returns & Replacements

We strive to meet every customer’s needs. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in new condition and has not been modified. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. Refunds are only issued to the purchaser of the item. The shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. If the item has been custom sized there is a 35% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee will be applied at $10.00.
To return an item, you must call WalkingCanes.com at 1.251.928.1770 or e-mail us at info@walkingcanes.com. Please be sure to put your name and address in the box to ensure proper credit. Please take a moment to tell us why you're not happy with the product and how we can solve the problem. Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. If items are damaged, used or worn, a credit will not be issued and we are not obligated to accept returns. All returns and credits are at the sole discretion of WalkingCanes.com.
If we must issue a refund to the purchaser’s card the purchaser must provide the credit card information to us. Our order process and secure servers never allow us access to your personal credit card information; the only way to issue a credit is over the phone by you giving us your credit card information. We will be happy to issue a refund by check if preferred.
- Warranty

Harvy Canes - All Canes manufactured by Harvy Canes are covered with a manufacturer’s warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase from manufacturers defect.
Royal Canes – All canes manufactured by Royal Canes are covered with a manufacturer’s warranty of 180 days from date of purchase from manufacturers defect.
W.E. Slay – All canes manufactured by W. E. Slay and Riverbend Enterprises, Inc. have a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of the stick.
All warranties are void if cane has been misused and/or dropped. WalkingCanes.com and/or the specific manufacturer will inspect the individual cane to determine if a warranty credit or refund will be issued. If any cane breaks due to manufacturers defect a new cane will be issued immediately and will be shipped free of charge.

Credit Cards – American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa
Paypal - Paypal is accepted. Please login to your paypal account by clicking on the paypal button and return to the website and follow through with the normal checkout process. At the final payment screen choose paypal as the payment option to complete your order.
Check – Please mail a check to WalkingCanes.com, 300 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope Alabama 36532. Once we receive the check and the check clears the bank, we will ship the item. This process usually takes 5-7 business days once check is received.
